OKOL LAKE PARK
Concept
„ OKOL Lake Park carries the ambition to break established rules and build a balanced project with a truly harmonious environment…“
This project is woven from personal dedication and genuine emotion. Behind it lies the desire to create something different and meaningful – to remain demanding and honest with ourselves and with the environment we live in, so that it pulses with life and stays open to people: to know one another, to connect with neighbors, with nature, and with the local community.
OKOL Lake Park proves that a project of this scale can be born in Bulgaria, and by Bulgarian hands – far from the noise and pollution of the city, yet close to the true feeling of freedom.

BREATHTAKING VIEWS
Breathtaking Views — The Ideal Location
The remarkable openness, crystal-clear air, and breathtaking panoramas define the spirit of Okol Lake Park’s location. The complex unfolds along Lake Iskar, on the eastern slopes of the Plana Mountain, at an altitude of around 1,000 m. Rising above an expansive plateau, Okol Lake Park reveals picturesque views of the lake and the peaks of Rila, Plana, and Vitosha.
The region’s microclimate offers cool summers, mild winters, an abundance of sunny days, and an almost complete absence of strong winds. The location was chosen with exceptional precision – shaped by both the area’s natural gifts and its convenient year-round access from the capital and the resort town of Borovets. Okol Lake Park is located in the land of the village of Gorni Okol, about 35 km from Sofia and 25 km from Borovets.
