Each apartment has a parking space included in the price, one for the one-bedroom and two for the two-bedroom.

Apartments cannot be purchased partially finished. The minimum level of completion of the interior is Premium Standard, which includes – flooring and coverings on floors, walls and ceiling, installed interior doors, completed and equipped bathrooms and toilets, completed and equipped kitchens with appliances, lightings in all rooms.

Each apartment has a 10-year full warranty of all construction works, furniture and equipment.
