Dayana Kanazireva, Director of Project Development, Marketing and Sales and Member of the Board of Directors of OKOL Lake Park, and Deyan Zhelyazkov, Cluster Director of Sales and Marketing at Novotel Sofia, participated in REBEC – Real Estate Belgrade Exhibition & Conference 2026, one of the leading forums for real estate and investments in the region.
Among the main topics of the event were cooperation between the Balkan countries and the creation of projects that are in harmony with the local environment, culture, and identity. Participants discussed the importance of development aligned with the character of a specific place – from its natural features to the architectural and cultural characteristics of the region.
This approach is also reflected in the vision of OKOL Lake Park – a project inspired by the nature and spirit of the Samokov area, combining contemporary design with respect for the local landscape and its authenticity.
Participation in the forum is part of the active dialogue on the future of sustainable development and the creation of high-quality destinations in Southeast Europe.
