OKOL Lake Park took part in an expert forum at UNWE, dedicated to risk management in tourism.
In the panel “What can be done in practice – without legislative changes,” Dayana Kanazireva presented the investors’ perspective, emphasizing a frequently underestimated risk – the lack of a clear brief and balance between different interests in the development of tourism projects. She highlighted the role of the developer as a key factor that unites the process between investor, architect, and operational requirements.
Kanazireva also pointed out the importance of practical, role-specific training for different team members, which builds adequate responses and confidence in crisis situations.
The forum brought together representatives of business, institutions, and academia, creating a platform for the exchange of solutions for the development of the sector.
