They commented that the property sellers have become more flexible and buyers have become more demanding, looking for a finished product as a service. “This is what we offer a service from scratch to a fully furnished home, no need for brokers, lawyers, looking for a builder, interior designers.” said Kanazireva and pointed out that 50% of our customers have bought their first home in which they actually intend to live. ” There are very few people buying a property in OKOL for investment purposes.” Dayana summarized.
