Lake-view Custom Houses

The plots for the custom houses are located in the premium eastern part of the project, offering spectacular views of the Iskar Lake, Rila Mountains and the Balkan Range.

The natural elevation of the terrain combined with the proper positioning of the houses in the plots minimize the hiding of the view to the Iskar dam and orientate the houses to the best panoramas and exposures.

The urban development parameters are Floor Area Ratio of about 0.3 and a maximum of two floors.

All plots for custom houses have access to appropriate road infrastructure, power supply, water supply and sewerage.

The plots are offered as part of a combined agreement for house design and construction.

Each house is designed in contemporary style exclusively by the leading architects and interior designers of OKOL Lake Park according to the individual assignment of each client.

The houses are with flat roofs, clear height of the premises of 3.05 m. and a 10-year full warranty of all construction works, furniture and equipment.

The final purchase price for each house is determined based on the technical investment design and highly depends on the selected design solutions.

The houses have a fully finished exterior design and landscaping of the yard with irrigation system. The properties cannot be purchased partially finished. The minimum level of completion of the interior is:

  • „Premium Standard“ – with flooring and interior finishes on floors, walls and ceilings, completed and fully equipped kitchens with Miele appliances, completed and fully equipped bathrooms and lighting features. Indicative price – 1,600 euros / sq.m. VAT included.

Optional:

  • „Premium Plus“ – adds movable furniture, movable appliances and lighting fixtures, accessories.Indicative price – 1,750 euros / sq.m. VAT included..

The size of the plots starts from 500 sq.m. offered at a price of 150 euros / sq.m. VAT included.
