All plots have an access to road infrastructure, electricity, water supply and sewerage.
The size of the plots starts from 500 sq.m. offered at a price of 150 euros / sq.m VAT included.
The plots are offered as part of a combined agreement for plot purchase, house design and construction.
Each house is cost estimated in Premium Standard level of completion (without movable furniture) and according to the individual technical design.
The Basic Offer includes an indicative price according to the size of the house, the average area of the premises, the ratio of residential to service premises, the type and complexity of foundations, etc., which varies from 1900 to 2200 EUR / sq.m VAT included.
In OKOL Lake Park “TBA” means area closed by four walls along the facade contour. TBA does not include covered parking places, porchways, terraces, etc. but the construction and installation works on them are cost estimated.
