Custom Houses on the Golf Course

The plots (adjacent yards) for the custom houses are located in the northern part of the golf course overlooking the 5th hole, offering spectacular views of the Rila Mountains.

Each house has a private garden that naturally meets the golf course’s rough. The houses are arranged in a checkerboard pattern, as all the houses on the side of the golf course are on one floor, and those on the side of the road are on two floors.

All adjacent yards for custom houses have access to appropriate road infrastructure, power supply, water supply and sewerage.

The adjacent yards are offered as part of a combined agreement for house design and construction.

Each house is designed in contemporary style exclusively by the leading architects and interior designers of OKOL Lake Park according to the individual assignment of each client.

The houses are with flat roofs, clear height of the premises of 3.05 m. and a 10-year full warranty of all construction works, furniture and equipment.

The final purchase price for each house is determined based on the technical investment design and highly depends on the selected design solutions.

The houses have a fully finished exterior design and landscaping of the yard with irrigation system.

The properties cannot be purchased partially finished.

The minimum level of completion of the interior is:

  • „Premium Standard“ – including flooring or cladding on floors, walls and ceilings, installed interior doors, fixed furniture, completed and equipped bathrooms and toilets, completed and equipped kitchens with appliances, lightings in all rooms. Indicative price – 1,600 euros / sq.m. VAT included.

Optional:

  • „Premium Plus“ – adds movable furniture, movable appliances and lighting fixtures, accessories.

Optionally, additional rooms and amenities (and not only) can be included by price list:

  • Pool; Jacuzzi
  • Pergolas, sheds and glazing
  • Sun protection, blinds and awnings
  • Exclusive class of finishing materials, Reynaers glazing
  • Additional appliances

The size of the adjacent yards is from 650 to 1100 sq.m offered at a price of 100 euros / sq.m. VAT included.
