Studios and Lofts are located in family residential buildings in low-rise buildings up to 3 floors in the center of OKOL Lake Park and next to the golf course. They are one-room residential units, with an open floor layout plan.

The Studios are offered in four types with identical floor plans. The studios located on the first floor also have a yard.

The Lofts are offered in two types and are residential units situated on two levels. On the first floor, there is a living room and a kitchenette. On the second floor, there is a bedroom, a workspace, a bathroom and a terrace with an incredible view of the golf course.

One parking space is available per each studio and loft and it is included in the total price.

The Studios and the Lofts have a 10-year full warranty on all construction works, furniture and equipment.

Each Studio and Loft is completely furnished. The minimum level of completion of the interior is:

• Premium Standard – including flooring or cladding on floors, walls and ceilings, installed interior doors, fixed furniture, completed and equipped bathrooms and toilets, completed and equipped kitchens with appliances, and lighting in all rooms.

Optional:

• Premium Plus – adds movable furniture, movable appliances and lighting fixtures, accessories, etc.
