Тhe largest Golf & Residential Community in Bulgaria is already under construction.
The Groundbreaking ceremony took place on August 1, 2020. The in-house event host-ed a short ceremony and group golf-themed games. Among the invited guests were the employees and closest partners of the project, as well as representatives of the inter-national partners European Golf Design, IMG and Accor, the mayors of Samokov and Gorni Okol, representatives of the municipal administration.
Valentin Kanazirev expressed gratitude to the team behind the project and especially the mayor of Samokov Mr. Vladimir Georgiev: “I congratulate you that the municipality is doing so well and refutes the opinion that we have good investors, but the administration is not prepared to cooperate”. Nikolay Yovev added: “With the OKOL Lake Park project we stand behind the idea that such good things must happen in our country in order to keep our children in Bulgaria.”
