We are delighted to welcome John Wilcox as our new Golf Course Superintendent.
He graduated from Cobleskill University in New York with a bachelor’s degree in agronomy. John has extensive experience in the construction, maintenance and management of golf courses, gained over the past 20 years in a number of world courses such as Costa Terra Golf & Ocean Club, The Els Club Golf Course, The Els Club Malaysia, Agalarov Estate Golf & Country Club, Golf Club Montfort Rankweil, etc.
Last week, he was accompanied by the golf course’s leading architect, Robin Hiseman, and Sylvain Duval, the IMG agronomist consultant.
They monitored the progress and discussed the next steps to prepare for the grassing of the golf course.
